Quoted prices are based on the information you provide during consultation or via our questionnaire. Significant changes to scope after work begins may result in a revised quote.
A deposit is generally required before work begins, with the balance due on completion or as otherwise agreed in writing. Work may be paused if payment terms are not met.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, or other material you provide for use on your website do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Reasonable revisions are included as part of the agreed project scope. Additional rounds of revision beyond what was agreed may be quoted separately.
Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website and its content transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Where we assist with hosting, domains, or third-party tools, those services are subject to the terms of the respective providers, in addition to our own.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support are available under separate maintenance plans and are not automatically included after launch unless agreed.
While we take every reasonable measure to deliver a secure, functional website, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or guarantee specific search engine rankings.
